I placed an order this evening and upon arrival at store an employee informed me they were closed. This was a full hour before posted store closing. I understand things happen but I can’t find the correct place in the app to request a refund. I actually don’t feel I should have to but nevertheless……

For YEARS, I have been requesting the low carb option be added to the app. Each time I request it, I get a reply that the option is highly requested but here we are YEARS later and the low carb or no bun option is still not in the app.
