To use the My Southern Cross app you need to be a Southern Cross health insurance member and
be registered for My Southern Cross. * Except for members on the HealthEssentials plan.

Used to work great. Can no longer login at all. Just get a message, "Something went wrong. Please try again."

Not compatible with android phones, makes you reset password and pin every time you login. On my fifth password reset today. Won't reset, "the link has expired". Makes me change password everytime I go in normally, never had a problem before. Can't be bothered ringing help desk, just don't have six …
