My trust on Verizon also went away with this app. Of the app is so bad I am not sure about their service quality anymore. I am a new customer and not sure if I did the right thing to switch Verizon. I couldn’t even enter my username to the app to request a callback! The worst app I’ve ever seen.

What an absolute joke, eliminating rewards in your change for essentially forcing people to use your credit card to attain rewards? A pathetic move for any business.

Not sure what they did since last week but I am FINALLY able to log in again. It had been MONTHS since I was able to see the login page(blank screen). I guess working at a glacial pace is better than not bothering at all.

This app seems really good and get a few things right. When it works well it is helpful. It is glitchy and will randomly kick you out or not let you sign in.
