Was an easy to use and informative app which made making a claim so much easier. Until an update that has stopped the login process. Login process is very glitchy and always requires a new login even after setting up fingerprint login and pin etc

Used to work great. Can no longer login at all. Just get a message, "Something went wrong. Please try again."

Not compatible with android phones, makes you reset password and pin every time you login. On my fifth password reset today. Won't reset, "the link has expired". Makes me change password everytime I go in normally, never had a problem before. Can't be bothered ringing help desk, just don't have six …
