Unacceptable for an online bank. The Android app has login issues (clearly seen by all the negative reviews for months and months and months) and still not fixed. The ING app is painfully slow and since updating, it glitches and stops responding far more frequently. It's awful. Time to find another bank with a better app.

App hasnt worked for 6 months. Got sick of waiting for an update so it's off to another bank. Pity, as ING have been good over the years. Update. Nearly 12 months on and still no fix. I have changed banks and am blissfully enjoying an app that works. ME bank is a welcome change. Bye.
