We made a large purchase of a custom “food truck” and unfortunately we’re not able to receive it. It was stopped by customs. We paid to have it returned and neither the supplier nor Alibaba were willing to provide a refund. We are now out $15k.

Horrible , I give it a one out. Of ten they act like we can’t get on the. Phone , they done took my. Acccount and keep saying go to customer service , it ain’t no help they won’t let me use my phone number or nothing it’s horrible .
