Thường xuyên phải thay đổi mật khẩu với quy định lắt léo, đánh đố là quá bất tiện cho người dùng. Dùng cả chục NH ko có NH nào củ chuối như vậy. Đội phát triển app nghiên cứu hành vi người dùng quá tệ hại. Ko phải vì bị yêu cầu giao dịch bằng TBC thì sẽ ko bao giờ sử dụng lại ebanking của NH này.
