Update po kilku latach uzytkowania: Aplikacja skupia sie ostatnio głownie na treningu. Proponowane treningi sa różnorodnei każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Jedyny minus to troche ubogie wyjaśnianie ćwiczeń. Mało motywujące, nie wskazuje które części ciala pracuja w danym cwiczeniu itp. Jakość diety zd…
