- View and pay your bills in a jiffy
Needs to improve on the app. For the past few times, the loading time is sooo slow. I couldn't access to another view on the app after checking on bills. Pls do something to upgrade the M1 app interface and UX pls... :(

It's always been a poor quality app, given the IT nature of the company it's supposed to represent, but now....... I can't even get it to start. I see a rotating circle 2-3times then it folds itself into the background and refuses to do anything.

I see it loadin', I hatin'; Circle turnin' and tryna make me mad and crazy; Tryna make me mad and crazy, tryna make me mad and crazy.... It takes so long to access the app that I have time to write this short parody. And yes, the loading circle thing is still turning after all this time.

This is hands-down the worst app I have ever seen. The screen is always stuck at loading.
