本月榜单头部区域变化不大，Funplus 蝉联榜首，莉莉丝游戏紧追在后。本月亮点在米哈游，凭借《崩坏 3》在日韩市场的突出表现，相对上月排名飙升 28 位，位列第 21 名。App Annie 的时间线显示：《崩坏 3》8 月首周更新的 4.1 版本包含全新 S 级角色“雷之律者”、新限时活动以及新装备等多重内容，效果十分显着。双平台用户会话次数、总时长皆明显提升。而字节跳动凭借旗下多款内容产品在海外内购持续增长，上升 3 位到了海外收入榜单的 20 名。
应用出海收入排名方面，前几名与 7 月相比未发生变化，PUBG MOBILE 稳居冠军宝座，《王国纪元》则因在韩国收入上升 30% 位列第 5 名。沐瞳科技的 Mobile Legends: Bang Bang 在美国及日本的收入上涨，使其排名上升 5 位。壳木游戏的 Age of Z ，是一款末世废土题材的策略游戏，近几个月在日本市场表现亮眼，其在日本的收入及月活跃用户量领先其他同题材策略游戏，本月排名上升 2 位。而龙创悦动一款中世纪题材的策略游戏《七王争霸》（Rise of Empire）在美国收入环比增长 30%，首次进入应用出海收入榜中，位居 24 名。
