الصراحة انه كان ثاني افضل تطبيق بالنسبة لي بعد جاهز لكن مؤخرًا صار الاول لأن تحسنت خدمتهم جدًا والتوصيل عندهم صار سريع مرة واسرع من الوقت اللي هم كاتبينه بالتطبيق و خدمة العملاء عندهم ماشاء الله تبارك الله دايمًا مؤدبين و محترمين ولو صارت مشكلة (مع انه ماقد واجهت مشاكل الا مره او مرتين) يراضونك و يح…

I had some complaints about two meals I had, but the customer service representative I spoke to didn't think I was telling the truth. I didn’t like the idea of me trying to prove to him there was an issue! Respect is a 101 in any successful customer service!
