The Ballet Physique is the barre class you've been waiting for. Our method was developed in 2010 by dancers who are passionate about producing strong and capable bodies using the time-honored principles of ballet. Now, you can experience our classes from anywhere in the world. As a student of the Ballet Physique Streaming Studio, you'll be invited to step into the mind frame of a dancer by learning how to hold correct posture and how to control your muscles from their core. Enjoy workouts that are layered with expertise from teachers who acutely understand muscular anatomy and alignment. Their guided cueing will ensure that you are exercising with the right balance of intensity and intelligence for a strong, graceful, and injury-free physique.
